1. Introduction
ListMyPC is an online platform where users can list their used PC components for sale. We provide an escrow service that acts as a bridge between sellers and buyers, ensuring a secure and trustworthy transaction process.
2. Transaction Steps
2.1 Buying Process
- The buyer initiates the payment.
- Upon payment confirmation, the seller will be notified through their panel, email, or other forms of communication.
- The seller ships the product to the buyer.
- The buyer records a video of the unboxing process, capturing the courier sticker for verification purposes.
- After confirming the product matches the description, ListMyPC releases the payment to the seller.
- If the package is damaged or compromised during shipping, the buyer must still accept the delivery, document the unboxing, and promptly notify the seller and ListMyPC.
2.2 Selling Process
- Sellers are required to ship the product within 2 working days of receiving payment from the buyer. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation and a refund to the buyer.
- In case of a product return, the seller must record an unboxing video post-receipt and contact ListMyPC in the event of damaged goods.
- Sellers should offer at least a 1-2 day testing warranty for any faults or issues. After buyer confirmation, ListMyPC will transfer the funds to the seller.
- For future issues arising after the testing period ends, buyers should directly contact the seller. ListMyPC will not intervene in such cases.
- If the buyer receives a damaged, incorrect, or empty package, the seller is solely responsible, and the buyer is entitled to a full refund. This ensures the integrity of the transaction and prevents scams.
3. Fees
ListMyPC charges sellers a fee of 4% based on the deal amount for items sold through our platform.
4. Use of the Website
a. You must be at least 13 years old to use our website. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
b. You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any disruptive or security-compromising activities are strictly prohibited.
c. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website without prior notice for violating these Terms and Conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
a. All content, design, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website are either owned by us or licensed to us. They are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
b. You may download and print content for personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
6. User-Generated Content
a. Users can submit content like comments, reviews, and contributions to our website. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content worldwide.
b. You are solely responsible for your submitted content, ensuring you have the necessary rights and that it complies with applicable laws.
c. We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove user-generated content that violates these Terms and Conditions.
